Jim Jordan, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, has given yet another significant update on the probe investigating President Joe Biden.
The Ohio Republican stated in a Fox News interview that it is “ridiculous” for Hunter Biden to claim that the evidence is “baseless,” given that “the country can see what he was involved in.”
“A portion of this joint venture they were working on for real estate investment. But that’s exactly what she did. That is, after all, the main picture. You know, the video that you played included Hunter Biden making an absurd question. For what purpose did we get millions of dollars from foreign corporations that passed through twenty separate companies? How did the service go? What goods did they offer for sale? What did they have to offer? Jordan got started.
“And in his deposition, Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s business partner, told us it was for access to the brand. Joe Biden was the brand. The company that conditioned $1 billion in US tax revenue, played golf, answered phones, attended meetings, and had lunches and dinners with Hunter Biden and his business associates,” Jordan said.
That’s — that’s what we’re talking about here, he continued. Thus, it is absurd that this notion is unfounded. The entire nation is aware of what was occurring. And Mr. Bobulinski and Mr. Galanis will discuss when Joe Biden truly participated in these matters and when he just showed up. We are going to hear that. Additionally, there are inconsistencies between Hunter Biden’s statements made during his oath of office and the statements made by all of his partners—with whom he is no longer in contact—during that same testimony.
Just a few months before Joe Biden visits there and conditions the money’s release — of the money on the removal of the prosecutor — the State Department had written the prosecutor a letter stating you’re doing a wonderful job.
