The “hush money” case Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg brought against her client was attacked by President Trump’s lawyer and spokesman, who called it “another disgrace” that further damaged the reputation of New York’s so-called legal system.
Habba said that there is a “coordinated effort” between the Biden administration and officials in the Democratic supermajority state to legally hinder the rival presidential candidate of the current president in an interview with Rob Schmitt of Newsmax TV.
Habba further charged that U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland was the “puppeteer” of President Biden’s Justice Department, claiming that the department was working in concert with Bragg’s office to revive the Trump case after the federal Southern District of New York decided five years prior to drop all charges.
Effectively, both Garland and the present president—or, as I like to refer to him, the resident in the White House—are puppeteers. There is undoubtedly a well-coordinated effort. That is beyond dispute, Habba informed Schmitt.
“This case was examined, looked into, and charges were not filed back then. Since they knew the case was fictitious, no indictments were filed, according to Habba.
In the meantime, Bragg is becoming known for his failure to take tough action against violent offenders in favour of concentrating on political targets such as Trump.

Earlier this month, an Arizona judge dealt a blow to Bragg, who was sponsored by George Soros, by declining to extradite a murder suspect to New York City.
Raad Almansoori, 26, is suspected of murder; during a hearing, Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell argued against returning the suspect to Bragg’s jurisdiction, citing allegations that the suspect killed a woman by beating her to death in a Manhattan hotel.
Mitchell contended that Bragg is known for handling dangerous defendants too softly. Bragg suffered a severe hit when Court Commissioner Barbara Spencer decided in favour of Mitchell, according to the Washington Examiner.
