Gregg Jarrett of FOX News reports that the New York Grand Jury looking into President Trump was given approximately 600 pages of exculpatory information by Soros-funded DA Alvin Bragg.
When Bob Costello entered that Grand Jury room and instructed them to “wait a minute,” I believe I mentioned it yesterday. You don’t have the numerous papers I gave Alvin Bragg over here, do you? You only have six documents that were carefully chosen? You realise it’s ‘unconscionable’ to withhold from grand juries evidence that could exonerate you.
“And the conduct of Alvin Bragg and his henchman Mark Pomeranz, who specifically says in his book, “We’re targeting zombies because we don’t like his beliefs,” those guys should face disbarment proceedings”.
Cohen, who argues that the money was intended to help Trump’s campaign fend off a negative report, is none other than Bragg’s star witness.
Following his testimony to the Manhattan Grand Jury inquiring into President Donald Trump, attorney Robert Costello, formerly Cohen’s legal counsel, spoke with Tucker Carlson on Monday night.
Tucker heard Costello say, “I spoke to the jurors for two hours… I could see that the Manhattan Grand Jury was not interested in learning the truth.
After Cohen waived the attorney-client privilege, Robert Costello, Cohen’s former lawyer, testified before the grand jury on Monday. This was an abrupt turn of events. Costello claims that Cohen frequently said in April 2018 that the purpose of the Daniels payment was to shield the candidate’s wife, not the campaign. Furthermore, Cohen stated that he didn’t comply at Trump’s request and did it independently. During his more than two hours of testimony, Costello claimed he came to the conclusion that Bragg had been withholding from the grand jury almost all of the documents that the DA had previously received from him and that supported Cohen’s first account.
