EMBATTLED HUNTER BIDEN TO PLEAD GUILTY TO FEDERAL CRIMINAL TAX CHARGES

July 17, 2023

According to a court document, embattled first son Hunter Biden has decided to admit admission to federal criminal tax charges.

According to the petition, Hunter Biden has also consented to enter a “pretrial diversion agreement” in connection with a charge of possessing a handgun while abusing or dependent upon illegal substances, according to CNBC.

U.S. Attorney for Delaware David Weiss has agreed to propose to a judge that Hunter receive a probationary term for the tax violations, according to persons with knowledge of the situation.

He still has a theoretical maximum sentence of one year in jail for each tax accusation and ten years in jail for the weapons charge, according to a statement from the justice department. The judge in the case, who will also choose the punishment, must approve the proposed agreement.

The failure to pay more than $100,000 in taxes in both 2017 and 2018 led to the two misdemeanour tax accusations.

He must consent to drug testing and treatment.

“Wow! Hunter Biden was recently exonerated of centuries’ worth of criminal responsibility by the corrupt Biden DOJ by receiving only a “traffic ticket.” “Our system is BROKEN!” Trump penned.

Concerned about foreign monies flowing to the first family, House Republicans have opened an investigation into the overseas business operations of President Biden, his family, and their allies.

Hunter Biden, 53, has worked as a lobbyist and a lawyer in the past, including in China and the Ukraine. After testing positive for cocaine in 2014, he was released from the US Navy.
