y reversal on “procedural and constitutional” grounds in the wake of former President Donald Trump’s guilty conviction in his hush money trial. Trump was found guilty on all 34 counts by the jury. But Turley and other legal experts have been pointing out for weeks that the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case was built on false accusations, and that Trump’s defence was being seriously hampered by presiding Judge Juan Merchan, possibly in violation of the Constitution. Turley said that this might present Trump with a strong appeals case.
